They ignore the bugs and support requests

I have been playing this game a while now and even spend money each month on gems for spending in game. Since January, connecting to the servers is spotty and they have not been responded to my support requests. Used to enjoy playing this but am pretty much done now. Doesnt work right.

Update: As of 3 days ago, it wont login. Ive tried many times and reloaded the app. This has happened before.
